The Jaxon Texas team has one primary question: “How can we help?” We are honored with the privilege that comes with managing relationships between our team, the owners, tenants, residents, and vendors.
After playing 4 years of college basketball at Arizona Western College in Yuma Arizona and Mount Union University in Alliance Ohio, Zach Karam went back to Yuma as an assistant Men’s Basketball Coach for 3 years at Arizona Western. During the 2004-2005 season, the Matadors were ranked #1 in Division 1 Junior College and reached the sweet 16 in Hutchinson, Kansas. He then switched careers to the family business of Real Estate.
Currently, Zach is a principal at Jaxon Texas Property Management with over 20 years of experience managing a multi-million-dollar portfolio of over 1,000 units with a mixture of Commercial, Multi-Family, and Residential properties. In 2008, he earned his Certified Property Management designation from the prestigious “Institute of Real Estate Management” and also served as President of the local IREM chapter in El Paso.

Lindsey Karam has been with Jaxon Texas Property Management for the last 20 years. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from New Mexico State University in 2008. In 2010, she received her CPM (Certified Property Manager) designation through IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management). She specializes in asset management, with emphasis on back office organization. Jaxon Texas greatly benefits from her use and knowledge of the industry leading YardiSystems software. Lindsey is dedicated to helping her team of investors meet their desired financial goals.
Justine serves as the CEO's Executive Assistant. She ensures that both the leadership team and the company at large run like a well-oiled machine. She’s a problem-solver, supporting
the team with whatever’s needed to keep things running smoothly. With a focus on operations and organization, Justine plays a key role in the company’s “flow.”
ONSITE PROPERTY MANAGERS
Keith serves as the on-site manager at The Cielo at Alamogordo apartments in Alamogordo, New Mexico. Keith's responsibilities include leasing, renewals, maintenance supervision and resident relations. This property is transitioning from being under LITHC restrictions and Keith’s experience is vital to the successful future of this project.
LEASING TEAM
Anabel is in charge of Leasing and Maintenance, overseeing the full tenant lifecycle—from high-impact marketing and screening to ensuring rapid repair turnarounds. She leads the maintenance team to execute rapid unit turnovers, manage vendor contracts, and implement preventative care to protect the property’s long-term value and ROI.
Louis serves as the Leasing Coordinator. She processes all applications and helps resident prospects work through the rental process, along with renewals. One of her focuses is resident retention, so she works hard to ensure we are communicating well and remaining responsive.
MAINTENANCE
Juvy serves as the Maintenance Assistant. Her daily focus is processing invoices, vendor checks, and maintaining organization of maintenance requests. She is extremely organized and detail-oriented in helping research accounts for accountability.
RESIDENTIAL ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE
Steph serves as the Accounts Receivable Coordinator. If any resident or tenant has a question regarding their account, they can rest assured that she will help them find the answer.
COMMERCIAL ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE
Oscar serves as Commercial Accounts Manager. He brings several years of accounting experience and is extremely detail oriented. His background allows him to excel at managing commercial accounts, including leasing, receivables, contracts, renewals, and negotiations.
